Economical Home Design provides residential design planning, remodel and addition guidance, ADU concepts, and permit and contractor coordination support for homeowners in the United States.

Information presented on the Site, and any initial guidance or rough estimates we share in response to your inquiry, is provided for general planning purposes only. It is not a substitute for:
- A licensed architect, engineer, or designer's review
- A formal contractor bid or estimate
- A permit-ready set of plans
- Legal, financial, or tax advice
Actual project costs, timelines, permit outcomes, and design feasibility will vary based on site conditions, local codes, contractor availability, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific result.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Economical Home Design or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the content without our written permission, except for short personal-use excerpts with attribution.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
